Outdoor Explorers
If you love the outdoors and are ready for adventure, this is the camp for you! We will travel to Twin Lakes State Park & Wilck's Lake Park where campers will explore everything from hiking trails and stream adventures to birdwatching and reptile spotting. Get ready to discover and explore!

This camp is for campers who love to create things and express themselves with one-of-a-kind masterpieces. Students will plan, design, and create. Discover your crafty side and sharpen your creativity as we design many pieces to be treasured!

Intermediate/ Advanced Volleyball II
This camp is for players that have at least 1 year of school / travel volleyball experience. The camp will include instruction/drills each day. We will be utilizing the sand volleyball courts to introduce beach volleyball to some and focus on refining skills to others. The benefit of beach volleyball is that it helps players develop every aspect of their game, as well as great conditioning. Team play will consist of mini games that allow athletes to play with a mix of partners of varied experience and skill sets to improve their own game and leadership/teammate skills.

Beginner Volleyball I
This one-day volleyball camp is designed for beginners, offering an introduction to the game and essential skills. Participants will receive personalized instruction in serving, hitting, passing, and setting. It’s ideal for anyone looking to start playing volleyball and join a team.

Welcome to Around the World Desserts, where young chefs will take a culinary journey across the globe! Each day, campers will focus on a different country, exploring delicious food. From Tres Leches to Baklava, campers will gain confidence in the kitchen while having fun. Get ready for a week of baking, learning, and global adventures!

Crochet Creations
Crochet isn’t just for your Grandma— it’s a creative way to bring your ideas to life! This camp will introduce campers to the basics of crochet with a fun, hands-on approach. Together, we’ll create a variety of projects like animals, colorful accessories, or even funky decorations. Mrs. Schilling will guide everyone step-by-step, helping them craft their own one-of-a-kind pieces. By the end of this 4-day camp, each camper will walk away with their very own crocheted creations and knowledge to keep creating! No experience or supplies needed!

Tailgates and Touchdowns - Football
Campers will have fun learning the technical, physical, and strategic skills of football in an appropriate way based on all skill levels. Players will work on drills, scrimmages, and full games. Whether new to the sport or an experienced player, campers will leave as better players.

Community Service Sampler
J.B. Fuqua once said, "I am my brother’s keeper, and I don’t think I’m doing my share in life unless I’m doing my share for my brother." Part of being a good citizen and Fuqua Falcon is contributing to community. During this week of service, we will spend time with local organizations that impact our community. Each day we will travel locally to complete various projects at places such as the Woodland, fire department, FACES, local churches, Habitat ReStore, or Better Days Farmville. The hours worked can be applied to Fuqua School’s required community service credit.

Sparkles and Girl Power
Get ready for a week full of positivity, growth, and good vibes! This camp is all about learning the power of self-love. We'll jam out to hits from Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, and other artists while diving into creative activities. Campers will make friendship bracelets, decorate mirrors, and take part in tons of other exciting projects that inspire confidence. It’s the ultimate camp for building self-love and having fun!

Lego Life
Campers will follow model plans designed by engineers and architects as they build with LEGO® bricks. The LEGO® project kits offered will give campers the opportunity to learn STEAM-based principles through fun and educational play. These camps will help children improve fine motor skills, build self-esteem, and learn important classroom lessons such as organization and following directions. Campers will also have the opportunity to explore their imaginations through free play.

Mind Masters: Chess & Strategy Games Camp
Ready to level up your kid's brainpower? Our Chess and Strategic Games camp is the perfect place to sharpen those skills! Whether they're learning chess for the first time or aiming to crush the competition, we've got them covered. Chess boosts critical thinking, and math skills—while our fun, hands-on lessons and supervised play ensure fun. We’re not stopping at chess! We’ll dive into other strategy games like chess, risk, axis and allies, backgammon, blokus and other assorted strategy and deck building games. Let the games begin!

Summer Sports
Summer Sports is for campers who love sports, games, and fitness activities! Campers will participate in a medley of sports which may include basketball, soccer, baseball, kickball, dodgeball, tennis, bowling, and Frisbee. Campers will be divided by age group.

We’ve Got Spirit - Cheer Camp
Do you have spirit? Let’s hear it! Catch the spirit of cheerleading as you join the Fuqua School cheerleaders and coaches for a week of fun. Campers will not only learn cheers and dances, but will also work on the fundamentals of cheerleading, including basic motions and jumps. Campers will showcase what they learn when they perform a mini routine for parents and guests at week’s end.

Strum in the Sun - Ukulele Camp
No ukulele? No problem! We provide instruments for all campers. This camp is perfect for beginners and young musicians who want to learn the ukulele. Each day will be packed with exciting activities including learning the basic chords and strumming patterns. Creating one-of-a-kind camp songs, and mini performances will also be part of this week. Every child will leave with new skills, new friends, and a love for making music! Come strum, laugh, and have fun with us!

Oh Snap! Photography
Oh Snap! In our Photography Camp, we will cover the different functions of your camera, and how they affect an image. We will also learn about the exposure triangle, white balance, and developing a creative eye. Most importantly, we will CREATE! Each day we will discuss an aspect of photography, then apply it in the field, finalizing in a day of creation, putting everything together. Bring a camera (phones too), an open mind, and let’s see what develops!!!

Flower Power
This hands-on camp is all about the beauty of flowers and how to bring them to life. Kids will learn how to grow their own flowers from seed, care for them as they bloom, and how to cut and arrange flowers for stunning bouquets. Campers will explore the wonders of gardening, discover the different types of flowers, learn about pollinators and get creative by designing their own floral arrangements. By the end of the week, everyone will have a beautiful "garden" to take home and a bouquet to show off!

Scrapbooking 101
Have you recently been on a trip that you want to remember for years to come? Maybe you want to collect your memories from last school year? This is the camp where you can create a scrapbook documenting these important moments. Campers will learn how to display memories in a way that is visually pleasing and fun to create! Please bring your pictures, any mementos for your creation, and a scrapbook that you’d like to use.

Step into a magical world where you become part of your favorite Disney stories! Join us for an enchanting week, where each day is dedicated to a different Disney film. Melody Magic
Beginning music students will experiment with different instruments to try a variety of music styles. We will learn to sing, and campers will have in-class use of piano, percussion, and more in this camp. Each day will focus on different instruments and different music styles. Your camper will leave this camp with more knowledge and a new passion for music.
